The Point Brisbane Hotel, Brisbane

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean, and tidy with very comfortable beds, offering fantastic views and lovely toiletries in the huge bathroom. The service was very personable and welcoming, ensuring our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The location was great, within walking distance of various attractions. The dining experience was very good with lots of fresh choices.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, but I had expected a layout where the bedroom connected to the lounge on the same balcony. The service was exceptional, with staff like Aaron, Ronald, Iris, and Alison going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was superb, just a short stroll away from the docklands ferry and offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was fantastic, with fresh and delicious options available, especially when pre-booking with reception.

The hotel is in an amazing location, handy to the city and within walking distance to various attractions. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially with all the amenities provided in the room. The location is perfect, close to the ferry terminal for easy travel to the city and with easy access to major roads for exploring the surrounding areas.

When we arrived, the rooms had a musty smell, but it improved once we turned on the air conditioning. The room was spacious with a good range of facilities, including a desk and table. However, the hotel seemed short-staffed, and some maintenance issues were visible, making it look a bit tired.
